AkitaBox Chooses Cresa to Help the Start Up Find the Right Space

MADISON, Wis. - Sept. 6, 2016 - PRLog -- Cresa Madison represented AkitaBox in a relocation from their current office space which they share with Gener8tor and into a new office space at 316 West Washington Avenue.  AkitaBox will occupy their new space immediately.

AkitaBox engaged Cresa to help them identify office space options in Madison's Central Business District and negotiate terms of a lease that work for a young company like AkitaBox.

"This was a challenging and exciting project," said Ross Rikkers, Principal at Cresa Madison.  "We needed to balance the fact that AkitaBox is a startup company and cannot commit to an office lease for a very long term with the fact that they have a very tech-type company culture that we wanted to support through their choice of office space."
