Get Ready for Relay For Life's Kick-Off Event at Subaru South Orlando!

ORLANDO, Fla. - Sept. 9, 2016 - PRLog -- Subaru South Orlando is thrilled to announce its participation in this year's Relay For Life, whose kick-off will take place at our Subaru South Orlando dealership on September 17. Honoring those who have succumbed to cancer as well as those presently fighting the disease and cancer survivors, our event aims to raise money for Relay For Life, which focuses on fundraising on behalf of those struggling with cancer.

The American Cancer Society is a world-wide cancer fundraising organization that arranges events to gather money on behalf of patients, survivors, and their caregivers. Participants meet at a track and take turns walking it on behalf of life, while also enjoying games, food, and camaraderie in additional side events. This year, Subaru South Orlando is partnering with the American Cancer Society in order to host an area-wide kick-off of its Relay For Life events in Central Florida. Not only will our event feature complimentary food, a live DJ, and a big-screen TV showing college football games, but you'll also get to participate in everybody's favorite past-time: cornhole. We'll have a lawn set up with boards galore, and you'll be able to compete against other players for the gold while also raising money that will be used to combat cancer.

Additionally, Subaru South Orlando is excited to let you know that the dealership will donate an additional $20 to Relay For Life for every test drive made by a participant, and an additional $100 to the organization for every car sold during the event!
