Veterans On The Water Launches New Website

ARLINGTON, Minn. - Sept. 16, 2016 - PRLog -- Veterans on the Water was started by Steve Gillaspie (Vietnam Veteran) of Arlington, MN in 2016. Their goal is to create a fishing experience of excitement, fun and laughter for our Veterans at no cost to them. In September 2016, Steve Gillaspie contacted Mark Lewandowski at Studio 544 to create a web site for their non profit organization.

All of their boats have been rebuilt specifically for Veterans on the Water with custom designs, features and of course the red, white and blue! They own their own boats and do not rely on others to provide them for their fishing trips. The current fleet at Veterans on the Water includes 4 – 16′ Lund boats and 3 pontoons with more to come.

Their last major outing was on Lake Winnibigoshish, one of Minnesota's great walleye lakes. September 2-4, 2016. They stayed 2 nights and provided 3 cabins along with a professional fishing guide. What a fun trip this was! THIS WAS AT NO COST TO THE VETERANS.

They are currently working on finalizing some of their future major fishing outings and will update the site accordingly.
