KMG Software Remains in Downtown Madison

MADISON, Wis. - Oct. 6, 2016 - PRLog -- KMG Software will maintain its presence in Madison's CBD, renewing their lease at 214 N. Hamilton Street, with the help of commercial real estate specialists Ross Rikkers and Tim Rikkers of Cresa Madison. KMG is a software company that provides polished user interface experiences for the customers of companies such as Disney, Sony, Universal and, more locally, Kalahari and WPS. Their decision to stay in the CBD is another sign of a growing tech sector in downtown Madison.

KMG moved into the downtown area at the beginning of 2016 with a short term 13-month lease.  They've since elected to stay in the CBD and engaged Cresa to secure an extension of their lease for another three years.
