First Coast Manufacturers Association 4th Annual Summitt To Be Held At World Golf Village

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Oct. 11, 2016 - PRLog -- Highlighted by major manufacturing issues and top area keynote speakers, the First Coast Manufacturers Association (FCMA) will conduct its fourth annual FCMA Summit on October 13 at the Renaissance Hotel at World Golf Village.

Each year, FCMA gathers various speakers to discuss manufacturing issues. This year, topics will cover critical issues affecting the industry such as workplace security, women in manufacturing, hazardous waste/water policies, fair labor standards act and HR issues. Also this year, a special session will cover an academic analysis of the November election.

Keynote speakers for the event will feature U.S. Congressmen Ron DeSantis and Ted Yoho, State Representative Paul Renner, police survivor and Director of Safariland Saves Club Ed Hinchey and Duval County Property Appraiser Jerry Holland, who will speak at the Excellence in Manufacturing Awards dinner.

The event will begin on October 12 with FCMA's Board of Directors annual strategic planning session. The next day, October 13, starting at 7:00 a.m., the event will feature a full day of the discussion groups, trade exhibits and networking. That evening, the Excellence in Manufacturing Awards dinner will be held, where area manufacturers will be recognized for outstanding performance over the year.
