WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Oct. 20, 2016 - PRLog -- Jay Goldberg is giving a free seminar at Mandel Public Library at 411 Clematis St, West Palm Beach, FL on Saturday, October, 22, 2016.  The seminar is for first time supervisors (or individuals who want to get promoted to supervisor) and will run from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM.

Topics include information from Mr. Goldberg's books: Workplace Basics, Workplace Skills, People Skills, Customer Service, Training That Gets The Desired Results, and Building a Successful Business.

The seminar will provide the attendees with information and resources to manage the workplace, manage people and manage customers.  This includes management tools and employee training program content and methodologies.

Also included is Mr. Goldberg's proprietary training methodology, DITHA, which uses demonstrated competency as its foundation.  Also included, are ways to track that training program participants are implementing what was learned during training on the job.
