JJ Howard & Associates Salutes Veterans Day and Marine Corps Birthday

On Veterans Day, JJ Howard & Associates reflect on the large burdens borne by so few in the name of so many, and to support those who have worn America's uniform.  With respect for the United States Marine Corps birthday celebration, and to observe Veterans Day, the office of JJ Howard & Associates will be closed November 10-13th, and will resume regular working hours on November 14, 2016.

As we pay tribute to the men and women in uniform who have given so much in the service of the United States of America, Jaynine shares three safety tips to make the holiday safe for everyone:

1. Do not drink and drive.

2. Be mindful of what you post online regarding photographs and statements. Hiring managers, employers, and promotion boards are always looking.

3. Remember to be cognizant of the Veterans who may not enjoy large crowds, fireworks or loud celebrations due to PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder).

Please remember that women are veterans, too. Many female veterans don't look like the typical Marine or sister from another branch of service, but we all served proudly.
