Prior to her current position, she served as the Company's Corporate Secretary. Ms. Figueroa graduated with a bachelor's degree in business from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey and a master's degree in business administration from Monmouth University. She also received her Diversity and Inclusion Professionals certificate from the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Ms. Figueroa is a member of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals and serves as a Trustee and Secretary of the FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties, and third vice president on the Board of Directors of the Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore. In 2013, she was the recipient of the Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore's Woman of Distinction award.
