CARMEN PEREZ - U.S. Army Veteran on TV series"Lucha Underground"

LOS ANGELES - Nov. 9, 2016 - PRLog -- Carmen Perez, the U.S. Army Veteran-turned-actress & musician currently has a recurring role as Captain Vasquez on the Robert Rodriguez/Mark Burnett hit Emmy-Nominated TV series "Lucha Underground" on El Rey Network. Back on for this Season 3, her character's storyline is just getting better.

Carmen has been working hard at her new music after attending the exclusive Herb Alpert Applied Music Program at a Los Angeles college where she was awarded the elite Non-classical Vocal Performer Certificate.

On October 31^st, 2016, a song Carmen co-composed, "Pajarito", was released in the popular chillout/lounge series, "Café Del Mar - Dreams 9" album.

Carmen has had hits on Billboard's Top 40 Hot Dance Club Play & Top 10 UK Commercial Pop Charts, "Emergency" & "Overload," and UK chart topper, the Super Stylers remix of "Run Little Devil"; first two are about to be re-issued. She also released an experimental album in 2014.

She has over 60 acting credits and has exhibited and sold her paintings internationally. Carmen is proud to have served her country on active duty in the U.S. Army for 6 years.
