"There are many people in the area that cannot afford a Thanksgiving meal whether they are homeless, unemployed or poor. The Capitol Area Food Bank work year round to provide the individuals and families with assistance. The least I can do is to donate my time to help out and also encourage others to donate. By participating in this boot camp not only are they doing something healthy for themselves but they are helping others. It's literally the gift that keeps on giving," says Candise Jordan, Body Transformation Expert and Founder of Total Wellness. The Flat Belly Boot Camp fuses Boot Camp Style Strength Training, Fat Blasting Cardio Intervals, Multi Directional exercises to trim your waist, and Pilates to flatten your core all in just 45 minutes!
