Prospect Financial Group's own, Laura Bromhead, participated in the walk to honor Lexi Matarrese. The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) has chapters in all 50 states and has a goal to reduce the annual suicide rate 20% by 2025. The AFSP promotes policies and legislation that impact suicide and prevention as well as provides programs and resources to survivors of suicide loss and people at risk by getting them involved in the foundation. Over 2,000 participants completed a 5k walk and listened to stories told by survivors and their families while collectively raising over $113,000.
