Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) to host open house in Atlanta on Dec. 1

ATLANTA - Nov. 15, 2016 - PRLog -- DCI Crawford Long is hosting an open house at its newly renovated dialysis facility, 240 Ponce de Leon, on Dec. 1 from 4-6 p.m. The general public is invited to tour the facility, enjoy refreshments and celebrate DCI's service to the Atlanta community.

The renovated dialysis facility offers 26 dialysis stations, a complete interior renovation, a new parking lot and free WiFi access for patients to use while dialyzing.

"The new and improved clinic provides a place where you can come and have a quiet and calming dialysis experience," said Rana Terrell, RN, nurse manager of DCI Crawford Long.

The open house is an opportunity for the community to meet the local staff and learn more about dialysis and kidney disease. DCI Crawford Long's medical directors, Dr. Fritta Fisher, Dr. Chamberlain Obialo, Dr. Charles Hunter, and Dr. Roderic Woodson will be in attendance. In addition, DCI's chronic kidney disease education team, REACH Kidney Care, will provide education on maintaining proper kidney health.

Local band, Music from the Heart, will be performing and door prizes will be available to attendees.

DCI Crawford Long offers in-center hemodialysis Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4 a.m.- 4 p.m. DCI Crawford Long is welcoming new patients and patients traveling to the area who may need dialysis.
