Geoethical aspects of neuro-nanotechnology include the impact of its use on others, the accessibility of it to all, and independent means of monitoring its compliance with widely agreed-upon norms. The Journal of Personal Cyberconsciousness welcomes submissions of scholarly articles on controversial topics such as how consciousness can be ported from a human being into a machine, how consciousness can emerge in a computer and be ported into a nanotechnological or cellular-regenerated body, and how mindware can be developed that enables consciousness to emergefrom fragments of someone's lifetime experiences that have been stored in digital media. Submission Guidelines: Articles for either journal should be submitted in Microsoft Word to Editor@TerasemCentral.org or to Editor, Terasem Movement, Inc., 201 Oak Street, Melbourne Beach, FL 32951. Articles may not exceed 16,000 words, including references, although supplemental hyperlinked material is permitted and is not included in the word count.
