New Chief Operations Officer and Directorship Announcements

AUSTIN, Texas - Nov. 17, 2016 - PRLog -- QLAdmin Solutions announces two promotions within the company's leadership and employee management group.

Robert A. De Sarro has been named Chief Operating Officer, effective November 10, 2016. In this role, De Sarro's responsibilities include oversight of the Directors of Support and Development, guiding future development projects and assisting with overall strategic direction of the firm. Previously, De Sarro held the Director of Support position for the past two years and implemented tactical process and delivery improvements for product support while keeping pace with a 25% growth in clientele. With nine years of dedication to the company and the products, we look forward to a strong and stable future with De Sarro as part of our executive team.

Warren D. Hughes, MSM has been named Director of Support, also effective November 10, 2016. Hughes' responsibilities include oversight of the Business Analyst support staff, improving and maintaining support delivery processes, and coordination of support work with the development team. Previously, Hughes' held the Senior Support Analyst position for the past year and implemented daily agile support case management techniques which resulted in a decrease in time-to-completion and an increase in custom development revenue. With nearly four years tenure, Hughes has proven he will continue to bring innovation and insight to future projects.

Both positions report to CEO Chris McCaul, FSA, MAAA, who is also the founder and President of QLAdmin Solutions. The company prepares to celebrate its one year anniversary on January 1^st, 2017 as a separate and privately-held corporation, formerly an affiliate of Rudd and Wisdom Consulting Actuaries.
