Business Litigation Attorney Carlos Kelly Elected to Uncommon Friends Foundation Board

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Nov. 29, 2016 - PRLog -- The law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Attorney Carlos A. Kelly, a stockholder in the firm's Business Litigation practice group, was elected to the Uncommon Friends Foundation Board of Directors. The Uncommon Friends Foundation is a nonprofit organization is dedicated to lifelong character building among today's youth and business leaders. Its mission is to promote character education in schools, business ethics in the workplace and historic preservation of the Burroughs Home and James Newton Archives.

Kelly helps his business clients in the areas of partner/shareholder/co-owner claims, creditors' rights, and other contract-based claims. He also assists his real estate clients in the areas of eminent domain, inverse condemnation, Bert J. Harris, Jr., Private Property Rights Protection Act claims, purchase and sale disputes, landlord/tenant claims, and foreclosure. Kelly volunteers in the community and serves on the Imaginarium Science Center Board and on SalusCare, Inc.'s Finance Committee. He is also a member of the Real Estate Investment Society. Kelly also serves on The Florida Bar's Eminent Domain Committee and is a member of the Association of Eminent Domain Professionals.
