Headlining band Twelve Years Driven hits the stage at midnight. Just like a fairy tale and for the very first time ever in 13 years, as the band begins to play at the stroke of midnight drummer Chubbs Malone will turn 31 years old. Out of all the songs on their set list, Chubbs tells me his favorite is "Won't Wait Forever". "The lyrics written by Robert Rice seem to have the most meaning to me," explains Chubbs. "You say you will wait, but you won't wait forever really means a lot to me."

For the past two months, Twelve Years Driven has been in the studio recording a new independent album. They have just laid down five new tracks with tracking engineer Brad Lambert. Their new album is set to release in late March or earlier April.

Formed in October of 2011, Twelve Years Driven is an aggressive alternative rock/metal band out of Houston, Texas. Band members include Robert Rice (Vocals), Larry Gilstrap (Guitar/Backing Vocals), Mike MacSherry (Guitar/Backing Vocals), Kris Wood (Bass), and birthday boy Chubbs Malone (Drums). Saturday, December 3^rd, 2016 will be Twelve Years Driven's first headlining show at Scout Bar (Houston, Texas).
