Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield event kicks off holiday season

CLEARFIELD, Pa. - Dec. 12, 2016 - PRLog -- Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield served more than 100 people during its Christmas party on Dec. 8 at the senior living community.

    "It is always special to have all of our residents and family members celebrate the holiday," said Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield interim Executive Director Tressa Day. "Our team looks forward to this event each year. It is a great way to ring in the holiday season."

    Entertainment was provided by Dan and Galla, a husband and wife musical show. Residents and family members enjoyed the show while getting into the holiday spirit.

    The gathering had special significance for Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield, which held its grand opening in March 2016. The current building was constructed to replace the original community, which was destroyed by a fire in June 2013.

    "At this special time of year, we all appreciate gatherings such as this one just a bit more," said Sandy English, Director of Sales and Marketing at Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield. "Our residents and our team are like one big family. This is an exciting time of year. We certainly don't take moments like this for granted here."
