Follow on Google News | Small Business Community Teams Up For 5th Annual Angels of Las Vegas Holiday Toy Drive December 21By: Angels of Las Vegas "It's always great to see the community come together and help those in need, especially children during the holidays. We are thankful for Firefly for sponsoring this event and for all volunteers and businesses for collecting toys for our 5th annual to drive. Come join us by bringing new unwrapped toys or by making monitory donation and enjoy free appetizer and drink with the live DJ M.V. (Victor Mabu) and bring your dancing shoes to join Sin City Solseros, " said Aynalem Workneh, President of AOLV. The charity will be collecting new unwrapped toys and donations throughout December for children with cancer and other illnesses that are in the hospital on Christmas to bring joy to those spending the holiday season away from home this year. Angels Of Las Vegas is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization with a mission to inspire hope to those affected by all types of cancer and life threatening disease through financial support, wig donation, health and nutritional programs for the complete wellness of the body mind and soul. All donations go directly to those in need. AOLV hosts several annual community events including Thanksgiving dinner toy and clothing drives benefiting the local community. AOLV volunteers will personally deliver the toys along with Santa Claus on December 24 to Las Vegas areas hospitals, where they will be given to those children who are unable to be home for the holidays.
