ZYD Transformer Oil Purifier is widely used in purification of all kinds of insulating oil, especially the fine purification treatment of high-grade new oil, imported oil and super-voltage transformer oil. It can be used for onsite operation in over 110KV transformers, especially even in high-latitude areas. ZYD series also can be used as dehumidification equipment for a variety of electric facilities. And it is widely used for oil filling for transformers and circuit breakers under vacuum condition.

Performance of ZYD Transformer Oil Purification Machine
Water Removal: Overall Water Content ≤5 PPM by removing free, emulsified, and dissolved water.
Particulate Removal: Particle counts as low as 1 micron.
Entrained Air and Gas Removal ≤ 0.3%
Acid Removal: can be equipped with fullers earth towers to neutralize acid and Lower TAN to < 0.03 KOH/g
Dielectric Strength:≥70 kV per ASTM 877
