3.The breakdown voltage limit is less than 20KV. The reasons are too much water in the oil, or oil pollution with impurity particles. The following actions can be taken when the breakdown voltage exceeds the limit: find the reason, and carry out vacuum oil filter treatment, frame pressure type oil filter treatment, or change the oil.
