Cyber criminals have been trying to blackmail patients a Lithuanian plastic surgery clinic due to them compromising their network. The hackers are threatening to publish their client nude "before and after" photos online if not paid.

Hackers broke into the network earlier this year and took sensitive data including passport scans, national insurance numbers, and other information from servers belonging to Grozio Chirurgija (https://www.groziochirurgija.lt/) which operates cosmetic clinics in Vilnius and Kaunas.

They cyber criminals asked for 300 bitcoin for all the data from the clinic as well as requesting between €50 and €2,000 (in bitcoin). This includes patients who are celebrities as well as individuals from various European countries, including 1,500 from the UK.

The hacking group known as Tsar Team broke into servers and they stole more than 25,000 private photos and personal information of clients.
