WEST VANCOUVER, British Columbia - Jan. 9, 2018 - PRLog -- Web and app language learning platform LingQ has launched a new Android app.

With LingQ the language you're learning is absorbed through repeated exposure to content (text with matching audio) that you're actually interested in. There are 1000s of hours of lessons in the different language libraries to suit all interests. Learn from blog posts, YouTube videos, news articles, song lyrics, novels, whatever you're into. You can also create lessons with any content you find online in your target language!

As you read through the lessons on LingQ, words and phrases are translated and saved in the system for you to learn using the vocabulary activities. All this progress is tracked so you can see how much vocabulary you've learned and how close you are to the next level of proficiency in your new language.

LingQ's new Android version, LingQ 4.0, brings a completely redesigned paged interface to the app. "We feel the new paged LingQ reader was a major step forward for our web and iOS apps when we introduced it last year. And now to be able to bring this same innovation to Android completes our product lineup and makes the learning experience seamless across all devices.", says LingQ Co-Founder Mark Kaufmann.

"We have many users who use LingQ on multiple platforms. Finding time throughout their day to maximize their language learning opportunities. They may be on their computer at home in the morning, on their Android phone during the day and then on their tablet later on in the evening. Now, whichever device they pick up, they have their progress fully synced and their playlist automatically available. The convenience is unmatched!"

The LingQ Android app (http://bit.ly/2jh4CBz) is a must for anyone serious about learning a language!
