Momentum Indoor Climbing Appoints Nicole Brandt to Program Director

SALT LAKE CITY - Jan. 18, 2018 - PRLog -- Momentum ™ Indoor Climbing (https://www.momentumclimbing.com/),inspiring world class climbing gyms, announces the promotion of Nicole Brandt to program director. In this newly created position, Brandt will work directly with executive leadership and oversee the development and administration of adult and youth programming for all Momentum locations, which includes gyms in Salt Lake City and Houston. Two additional gyms will open in Seattle in 2018 and 2019.

As the company continues its national expansion, Brandt's focus will be on the development of Momentum's adult programming. This includes increasing program enrollments, ensuring consistency of program implementation, coach training, and improving customer experience. Her direct reports will include seven program managers and over 200 part-time coaches.

Brandt has been with Momentum since 2011 and brings a wealth of knowledge to her new position.

"Nicole is a leader in developing youth programming in our industry," explains Jeff Pedersen, Momentum's co-founder and CEO. "At Momentum in Salt Lake City, Nicole inherited a youth program with 100 kids with four categories, and in two years she built it into a program with 650 kids in 11 program categories, now with waiting lists. Nicole has a proven track record of success, and as Momentum gears up for substantial growth, we are thrilled to have her focused on our adult programming."

Brandt has held titles including youth program director, youth program manager, and summer camp director. She developed Momentum's full-time program management staff, part-time coaching staff and its standard operating procedure for youth programs and training staff, as well as spearheading it youth programs that now include thousands of kids in Utah and Houston.

Brandt has been rock climbing for more than a decade. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Outdoor Recreation and Leisure Science with an emphasis in Tourism from Murray State University, an area of focus she became interested in after studying abroad in New Zealand.
