Poets Joel Allegretti And Christopher Salerno To Read New Work In Teaneck On Jan. 27By: Joel Allegretti and Christopher Salerno Allegretti is the author of, most recently, Platypus (NYQ Books, 2017), a collection of poems, prose, and performance texts, and Our Dolphin (Thrice Publishing, 2016), a novella. He's the editor of Rabbit Ears: TV Poems (NYQ Books, 2015), the first anthology of poetry about the mass medium. The Boston Globe called Rabbit Ears "cleverly edited" and "a smart exploration of the many, many meanings of TV." Salerno's latest book of poetry is Sun & Urn (University of Georgia Press, 2016), which Thomas Lux selected for the Georgia Poetry Prize. His other collections include ATM, recipient of the 2014 Georgetown Review Poetry Prize, and Minimum Heroic, which won the 2010 Mississippi Review Poetry Prize.
