While the military does a fantastic job training leaders to solve difficult problems, it does not prepare most of them as Veterans to overcome the many challenges they will face as they grow their businesses.  Typically, for most entrepreneurs the challenge is not the idea, nor the beginning stages, but sustained execution and scalability.  Money, people and strategy are common weaknesses which constrain their ability to grow.  As a result, many of our nation's highly capable service members, with fabulous business ideas and great firms employing Veterans, run into a wall trying to break out to the next level.

An integral part of Patriot Growth Capital's service includes a multi-level mentoring/intern program for Veterans, to include junior, mid-career and senior opportunities.  This program will provide deep, hands-on experience evaluating businesses working alongside the Principals of our firm.  Our goal is to train as many Veterans as possible to seed our clients' firms, or to provide them the tools to venture out on their own following their passions.
