Follow on Google News | Learning English has never been so fun! "Learning English Songs" kicks off with 10 earwormsHave you ever found yourself so caught up in a song that it gets stuck in your mind for hours?
By: EDU Records Learning English Songs is a project made up of 'earworms' - songs and videos which are fun to listen to, have memorable melodies and will teach people a great deal of English. English grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, idioms, phrasal verbs have never been so easy and fun to learn. A team of professional composers and lyricists has worked with expert English teachers to provide a fantastic language-learning tool. "You might not remember what you read in your textbook last night, but you can probably sing along to our English songs" says Max Titi, manager and founder of EDU Records, which has published the project. Although Learning English Songs will be very useful for children, the songs are devised for people of all ages, whether they are ESL and EFL teachers, students or emigrants to English-speaking countries who want to improve their English. At a time when English is becoming more and more important as an international language, Learning English Songs is for everyone. The project is split into songs in two main categories: Grammar and Vocabulary. "If you need to know the rules and uses of the present perfect tense, you just listen to the Song of the Present Perfect and everything you need to learn is there. Once you remember the lyrics you will be able to recall and say when the Present Perfect is used and why. You will recollect examples and ready-to-use phrases. Music will increase your memory retention due to its ability to get stuck in your head", says Max Titi. The songs included in Learning English Songs are performed by Alison Medini and Jes Sadler, the latter also being the supervisor for the project, having great experience in music and English teaching. With Learning English Songs teachers will have access to catchy tunes specifically aimed at English language learners: this means clear pronunciation (with different accents), as well as songs and videos that deal with various topics and are arranged in different music styles. "There's a lot to learn in just three minutes and some great melodies - so put on your headphones and start having fun now! English Teachers, students and enthusiasts of all ages are welcome. Our motto is: If you can sing it, …you already know it!" continues Max Titi. Tracks and sing-along versions are also available on iTunes, Amazon and Spotify, as well as all other usual outlets. https://www.youtube.com/ End
