Happy Women's Day from Hicks For Congress

QUEENS, N.Y. - March 8, 2018 - PRLog -- Happy International Womens' Day on behalf of myself and everybody at Hicks for Congress! Today is a day to celebrate all the progress of gender-equality activists of not only the last hundred years, but down through the ages.

Today we remember and celebrate great female spiritual and secular leaders alike who embody the humanitarian values that I and my campaign stand for. The world would not be the same without these brave women who broke out of traditional gender norms of the times to be leaders in their communities and role models for all of us.

It should be clear to all that there are no limitations of human potential that are predetermined by the gender of a person. There are great people in each of us, and right now especially, the world needs those great people to step up and lead.

It is with great urgency that I call on the next generation of leaders to step up to the task and work with the seasoned veterans of the civil rights movement to secure the equal rights of all people in this nation, because we know these fundamental values are under attack.

Thank you all for the work you do for your communities, and please support our efforts to lead the country in a direction that creates true liberty and true justice for all.
