By: TnG Films and Black Ink Pictures While Terence Gordon was born and raised in England, he would be schooled in South America (Guyana) before settling in the United States in 1987. He spent eight years in the U.S. Army, attending both college and general aviation flight school. His interest in aviation would later lead him to be an Aviator with the USAF-CAP. Additionally, he would become a delegate with the congressionally recognized NPDF (National Police Defense Foundation) which currently boasts over 200,000 members. Upon earning his B.A. in computer science from the C.U.N.Y. Grad Center, he spent seven years in corporate America at investment banks as a technologist and integration engineer. He would return to his studies, however this time, pursuing his true career passion in directing at New York University's Film School. After graduating from Film, Video, and Television directing at NYU, he would go on to attend Karate International Film Action Camp to study screen action and stunts. He further solidified his directing education by studying alongside Judith Weston, author of "The Film Director's Intuition" and later with Mark Travis on directing actors. Terence was further mentored by former DGA Vice President and Director, Gary Donatelli, at ABC's daytime drama, One Life to Live. In 2011 he moved to the Carolina's and would take both of his production companies with him; Black Ink Pictures and TnG Films, of which, he is owner, and his wife, Genna Gordon, is Executive Producer. He would soon become a Rotarian with the Charlotte Rotary Club that includes over three hundred of Charlotte's most influential residents and leaders. Over the years, Terence has developed an uncanny eye, coupled with the versatility and flair necessary to successfully direct numerous cross genre projects, which include music videos, commercials, feature length films and documentaries. Furthermore, he is the creator of the Youthful Ambition brand and series. Although Mr. Gordon now resides in another state, his goals and ambitions remain the same. Terence Gordon goes on to explain: "My goal is to produce and direct one feature film per year, as a project that allows the emerging artist to be coupled alongside more seasoned actors, thus elevating them. In For Michelle, I cast several New York actors, but was sure to include local talent." For Michelle Storyline: When Brett Cornell learns that the mother of a child he is alleged to have fathered 5 years prior has died in an accident, he heads south to try and take custody of the daughter that he never knew. Brett takes to desperate measures to make it in time to claim the young girl and prove that he will be a suitable father. The consequences of his actions follow him, however, putting his life in danger, and potentially ruining his chance to save the child from foster care by raising doubts in the mind of his case worker, whom he has become romantically involved with.
