Kale with RE/MAX DFW Associates was recently presented with the firm's Customer Service Award for 2017 at the annual company-wide meeting held at the Hilton Garden Inn Convention Center, in Lewisville. As the recipient of this award, Mark garnered recognition for receiving the highest accolades from his clients for the exceptional level of service provided during the course of 2017.

After each transaction is completed, buyers and sellers are mailed a questionnaire that asks them to rate the service that they received from their sales associate. The national average response ratio is between ten and twenty percent, however, RE/MAX DFW Associates continues to record a seventy percent plus ratio of returned responses.

Originally from Ardmore, Oklahoma, Mark moved to the Dallas area from Tulsa in 1981. He graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He and his wife, Teri, have two children, Elizabeth and Garrett, and attend Preston Trail Community Church in Frisco. When time permits, Mark enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.
