Peabody Properties' Hanh Ly Promoted to Software System/Subsidy Reconciliation Specialist

HANOVER, Mass. - March 23, 2018 - PRLog -- Full-service real estate and property management firm Peabody Properties (http://www.peabodyproperties.com) is pleased to announce that Hanh Ly of East Bridgewater has recently been promoted to Software System/Subsidy Reconciliation Specialist.

Ly started at Peabody Properties, Inc. as an Administrative Assistant in the Administration and Compliance Department, which covers the affordable housing regulatory spectrum, software support and policy development.  The compliance team provides in-house expertise in regulatory compliance and financial reporting; in Ly's role, she assisted the compliance team with timely reporting to investors and monitoring agents and with monitoring reports, audit reviews, and a myriad of administrative duties and responsibilities.

Ly's demonstrated aptitude for maximizing technology and resources led to her promotion to the position of Software System/Subsidy Reconciliation Specialist.  In this role, she is now responsible for resolving basic One Site-related inquiries received from system users throughout the organization with a focus on the Affordable Housing Program, Section 8 Contract Administration, including the roll out of 202D, EIV over/under payments, and where assistance is needed in collection subsidy.
