The Gossiping Heifers joins the J Anthony Brown Radio Show

HOUSTON - April 2, 2018 - PRLog -- J Anthony Brown's well-known radio show is broadcasted on iHeart radio and several FM stations worldwide with a reach of over 10 million listeners weekly. To expand the show, even more, he's adding a new segment called 'The Political Scoop', which features the Gossiping Heifers out of Houston, TX. The segment is intended to inform and entertain the audience about current news in politics with comedy commentary. Topics range from the White House to local government.

Comedian and actor, J Anthony Brown is a fan of the Gossiping Heifers podcast, which is what lead to the new segment to the J Anthony Brown Radio Show.

I wanted to add politics to the show with a comedy edge. After listening to their podcast, I knew these were the ladies to do the job.

The Gossiping Heifers are sisters, Michele and Rochele Thompkins. The show started as a video podcast that later converted to radio. The Gossiping Heifers have interviewed guests such as Kevin Hart, Mo'nique, Richard Lawson, Charlamange Tha God, and many more. The show airs in Houston on KMAZ Amazing 102.5 FM, WQID Hot 105.3 FM in Hattiesburg, MS and streaming stations Indie Central Radio and Canada's Online station, Hidden Gems Broadcasting. The podcast has remained in the top 50 of comedy podcasts on Podomatic and can be heard on iTunes, Google Play, Stitcher Radio, Player FM and Spotify.

This is not the first time that the sister team has covered politics. From their radio show and podcast, politics have always been on the table along with other topics of conversation. The Gossiping Heifers have been featured several times on Houston's CW39, Politics Unusual, covering the 2016 Presidential election and the Inauguration of Donald Trump.
