If the property has been rented out then you yourself need to see the invoices that all the rents have been paid. After you have crosschecked all the paperwork, then you can take on the responsibility and start the further work.

·         Once you have received the copies of the documentation from the owner of the building, you should check them against the original documents of the building. Also, if the company is planning on extending their premises, check the documentation to see if they have the permit to do that.
