CINCINNATI - April 20, 2018 - PRLog -- Cincinnati based Intrust IT accepted an award for Best IT Services Company at this years Innovation and Technology Awards.  The awards, now in their 8th year, are presented by the Cincinnati Business Courier and their event sponsors.

The presenter of the award made special note to those in attendance that Intrust IT took a year off focusing on growth in 2015 to focus on improving their customer service.  The company tracks their client satisfaction levels through regular client surveys.  At the time, they noticed their monthly client satisfaction scores had dropped to an average of 95%.  After the intense focus on improving their customer service, they have consistently seen their monthly customer satisfaction scores at 99%.
