CARTAGENA, Colombia - April 26, 2018 - PRLog -- Centre for Management Technology's (CMT) 6th SCAPET summit - an annual platform for brand owners, converters and recyclers - has put together an impressive line-up of topics and speakers for its 2018 edition.
