Tortal Training Announces Promotions and Staff Additions

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - May 11, 2018 - PRLog -- Tortal Training is building its staff to support its rapid growth, growing list of clients and new services. Brannon Dreher, who has been a learning strategist at Tortal for four years, has been promoted to AVP Learning Strategy. Adria Myers has been hired as a Tortal Instructional Designer. And to further augment its technical capabilities, Tortal has hired Gregg Dumont as LT Support Specialist.

Brannon Dreher is already known to Tortal clients as a valued consultant who creates measurable, results-oriented training solutions. Brannon is also an expert at using gamification to enhance the training experience. He holds an MBA in Marketing and Business Development and a BS in Marketing and Management. He has more than 15 years of experience in business development, event planning, marketing, sales management, brand positioning, e-marketing, direct marketing, social media and public relations across a number of commercial, industrial, and retail market niches.

Instructional Designer Adria Myers brings a wide range of experience to Tortal Training. She previously spent 18 years in the healthcare industry at companies that included Carolinas Healthcare and WESTMED Practice Partners. At WESTMED, she designed and ran the company's Career Center College and Career Center Grad School, two programs that streamlined and improved company training.

LT Support Specialist Gregg Dumont is already well known to Tortal clients as a technology problem-solver with a can-do attitude. Whether mobile devices aren't compatible with a training program, a browser problem arises, or a client's screenshot isn't displaying correctly across different platforms, Gregg has the expertise to help. He will be a key asset as Tortal expands its client base and its range of training solutions.
