San Diego based Chassis Plans Closes Acquisition Deal with Leading Israeli Defense Technology Company, Aeronautics Ltd

New ownership will enable San Diego company to expand its global reach for its rugged computer systems to defense and industrial customers

Chassis Plans has been acquired by Aeronautics Ltd of Israel.

Chassis Plans' rugged and custom solutions for computer hardware and displays will provide Aeronautics with complete end to end solutions for its integrated products in the US and throughout its global operations.
