106-acre Former Bristol-Myers Squibb Campus Available For Immediate Lease

June 14, 2018 - PRLog -- PLAINSBORO, N.J., – Colliers International Group Inc. and Trawler Capital Management, LLC (Trawler Capital) announce the availability of 440,000 square feet for lease in two, Class A office buildings within Princeton University's Forrestal Campus. The buildings located along Scudders Mill Road will be led by the veteran leasing team of Colliers Executive Managing Directors Thomas Romano and Charlie Hatfield, and Associate Brett Incollingo. The Colliers team is seeking partial-floor, full-floor and full-building tenants who want to take advantage of the campus' Princeton location, quality amenities, and thoughtful design.

The award winning and amenity filled class A office campus was formerly the headquarters of pharmaceutical giant Bristol Myers Squibb. The campus consists of three, five- story office buildings, each approximately 220,000 square feet, and situated within a well landscaped campus with walking trails, an amphitheater, outdoor eating and meeting areas.
