Paul Tokarchuk has a been the owner of Pet Sitters Plus since 2010. Pet Sitters Plus is a successful pet sitting company that recently transitioned to specializing in dog walking and limited boarding (2-3 dogs at time). The business employs several employees and services over 25 mid-day clients as well as a growing boarding business. Paul has purposely kept the business fairly small to meet his family's needs (helping to care for their 6-year old son). Seeing the large turnover rate for pet sitters inspired him to write a book to help others succeed and create balance in their business and family life to avoid burnout.
