Cucamonga Valley Medical Group's new location retains patient base, provides additional options

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. - Aug. 7, 2018 - PRLog -- Cucamonga Valley Medical Group's recent acquisition of a new office in Rancho Cucamonga will retain the 2,300 current patients served by the previous owner while offering access to five other locations in the group's system.

    Cucamonga Valley Medical Group acquired the Rancho Cucamonga office located at 7777 Milliken Avenue, Suite 240 on April 1. Cucamonga Valley Medical Group officially will commemorate the opening of the new office with a ribbon-cutting ceremony held at 11:30 a.m. on Aug. 21.

    "We envision a smooth transition and a great partnership," said Dr. Rahmi Mowjood, DO, of Cucamonga Valley Medical Group. "The high level of care won't change. The patients now will have access to any of the five other Cucamonga Valley Medical Group locations throughout the Inland Empire."

    Dr. Eric Bekemeier, a CVMG physician, will see patients at the location formerly known as Rancho Family Practice Association previously headed by Dr. Lothar McMillian. An additional physician will soon join Dr. Bekemeir. Nurse Practitioner Janet Ursua will continue to provide excellent patient care at the location.

    "The new facility may also benefit current Cucamonga Valley Medical Group patients who live in closer proximity to this location than the office they have been using," Dr. Mowjood said. "We also anticipate the addition of three new providers to expand the availability of appointment times."

    In 12 years, Cucamonga Valley Medical Group has expanded from one office to six locations throughout the Inland Empire. In addition to the new Rancho Cucamonga location there are offices in in Upland, Northern Fontana, Central Fontana, Eastvale and Pomona.

   The expansion has coincided with Cucamonga Valley Medical Group's assembling a talented team of providers who are highly knowledgeable about the latest medical practices.

    Cucamonga Valley Medical Group sets a higher healthcare standard while providing services ranging from complete primary care, preventative healthcare and well-child exams to acute medical concerns and chronic illness treatment.
