Summer Hill Films announces the North American DVD and VOD release of the quirky drama, Twin Cities!

PHOENIX - Aug. 9, 2018 - PRLog -- The film is a sequel to 2016's critically acclaimed '2021', also released by Summer Hill. 'Twin Cities' is about John, a middle-aged man with a troubled past and a baby on the way, who is given a terminal diagnosis. He must get his affairs in order, exorcise his demons, and win back his wife's love—before his time runs out.  This drama examines work, love, sex, family, death, birth and all the things that can bring people together... or drive them apart.

The film has been a major hit on the festival circuit, winning five "Best of Fest" awards. 'Twin Cites' has also received rave reviews and was one of five independent films nominated for the Screencritix Award for Best Feature Film.

The film stars Peter Christian Hansen, known for 'The Public Domain' (2015) and as well as the Maria Bamford Netflix series `Lady Dynamite.' Female lead, Bethany Ford, has starred in over 30 Minneapolis stage productions and had critically lauded roles the feature films `2021,' `Prodigal,' and `Seeking Wellness,' as well as the web series `Th3m.' The film also stars Gabriele Angieri known as Saul Aitkin in 'Profile of a Killer (2012).

Written and directed by the critically-acclaimed, award-winning filmmaker, David Ash. In addition to 'Twin Cities' and '2021', Ash is also known for `Love: A Documentary,' as well as five short films, all of which have played at a variety of local, national, and international film festivals.

'Twin Cities,' is now available in North America on VOD from Amazon, Google Play, and Xbox.
