Pop Singer Joshua Flores Debuts New Single

ATLANTA - Aug. 13, 2018 - PRLog -- After a five-year hiatus pop/r&b singer Joshua Flores returns with a new single "Fall Out of Love". The new single, from his self-titled EP Joshua Flores, was released, August 10th and is available on all streaming platforms. Originally from Corpus Christi, Texas Flores has been singing since he was two years old, by the time he was 11 years old he had honed his craft singing at churches, festivals, sporting games and city-wide events.

Joshua's Journey
His parents recognizing his true talent over the next couple of years, flew back and forth from Corpus Christi to Miami to record songs and work on the development of being an artist. Flores's dad invested in voice lessons, guitar lessons, and recording sessions.

Around the same time, Flores' parents started posting videos of him singing and playing the guitar. The videos started to get a lot of views, which granted him an opportunity to audition for America's Got Talent". Around this time that he was approached by an Independent record label out of Miami called IHM/Astro Music Group. The label gave Flores' a couple songs to learn and flew him and his parents out to Miami to record the records to see how he would sound in the studio. At the end of the session Flores' signed his first record deal at 12 years old.

During his tenure at the label, Flores' recorded enough songs to release an album, but nothing ever got released. He worked with some great producers and writers that wrote and produced some of music's biggest hits.  The label decided to do a remake of a 90's R&B hit called, "Never Should've Let You Go" by the group Hi-5. They also shot the official music video when he was 13.

After the music video was released not much came from it. Flores continued to record songs and continued artist development. There were a few opportunities to perform in places like New York and Miami but there were no major breakthroughs. The label was very controlling: he was restricted from performing. Joshua recorded a few more songs and another music video by this time he was 16 yrs old. Eventually, everything stopped. By the time he was 18, the label had folded. He was released from his contract due to inactivity.

New Beginnings
Now at 19yrs old and actively independent, Flores teams up with the RSG Global to release his new single "Fall Out of Love", from his upcoming EP "Joshua Flores", which will be released in the Fall of 2018. Check out www.joshuafloresmusic.com for updates and to follow him on social media.
