The Women's Alliance of McKinney (WAM) announces the lineup of speakers for 2018 WAM Conference

MCKINNEY, Texas - Sept. 7, 2018 - PRLog -- The Women's Alliance of McKinney (WAM) proudly announces the amazing speakers for the 2018 WAM Power Your Potential Women's Conference: Erin Botsford, Connie Kercher, Judy Pogue, Kathy Seei, and Sheila Steinmark.  The annual event will be held on September 13, 2018, at the Piazza on the Green from 8 am to 1:30 pm.  This year's conference focuses on topics that support WAM's mission "Fostering Relationships that Empower, Promote and Support Women In Business".

Erin Botsford, the keynote speaker, built a seven-figure firm from scratch and shares with other women how she did it. As one of the top financial advisors in the country, she is the founder and CEO of the Botsford Financial Group, which has nearly $1 billion in assets under management. She has appeared on Barron's list of the Top 100 Women Financial Advisors (http://www.belayadvisor.com/sterling-shea-on-what-it-take...) and Top 100 Independent Financial Advisors multiple times. And she's also an author who released her second book, "Seven Figure Firm." Judy Pogue is a third-generation Texan who is passionate about sharing the message of hope and restoration.  Judy is an author, sought-after speaker and motivational coach to business and ministry leaders, as well as popular Bible teacher to many.  Each year, as an ambassador for Pogue Construction, a successful construction company she co-founded with her husband Paul, she travels to countries around the world leading business and women's conferences in order to equip and inspire others to become Kingdom leaders and to fulfill their destiny.

Kathy Seei is a well-known public and private sector innovator and leader. During her six-year term as Mayor of Frisco, TX, the municipality grew by 300 percent to become the fastest growing city in the U.S. Kathy formerly served as Vice President of Corporate Development for AECOM, a large global technical design firm, where she aligned business development services to connect strategic clients with the best service teams. Kathy also founded SEEI3, LLC to create and deliver interactive planning/learning experiences in a variety of business areas including strategic planning, corporate security, and diversity.

Connie Kercher served at Gannon University as Assistant Vice President for Student Engagement and Leadership Development before opening Switchboard Networking Boutique in Westminster, CO in September 2016. Her passion for intentional, engaging event development and Collaboration Strategies was launched from the Dallas/Ft. Worth Chapter of Meeting Professionals International, a membership organization for corporate, association and independent meeting planners, where she was education manager. Connie previously served in multiple capacities at Texas A&M University-Commerce, including director of the Leadership Engagement and Development (L.E.A.D.) program, leadership and student organizations coordinator and a member of adjunct faculty in the university's Regent Scholars Program.

Sheila Steinmark is the Managing Partner of Marketing Operations Group and a retired-Army veteran. Sheila works with some of the largest consumer brands and possesses a unique skill set in branding, operations, logistics, leadership, and problem-solving, showcasing these skills as a published author, speaker, and marketing expert.
