CASTLE ROCK, Colo. - Aug. 16, 2018 - PRLog -- NavPoint Real Estate Group is pleased to announce it has completed the sale of three parcels of land, totaling 6.672 acres from Loveland, Thornton, to Aurora all purchased by Trembath Land Company, LLC.  The properties closed in August 2018.  The portfolio consisted of:

·         Lot 6 at Colorado Boulevard & 104^th Avenue – 2.79 acres

·         Saddle Rock Village Lot 5 at E470 & Gartrell Road – 1.042 acres
