The Dempsey's have been a fixture in the local residential real estate market since 2004, focusing on Bedford, Bow, Londonderry, Manchester, Hooksett, Goffstown, Merrimack and Auburn. The team includes Chadd Dempsey, Caren Dempsey, Mark Hammond, and Anne Anctil.

Hammond has been in the sales arena for over 30 years, and Anctil has made a career of helping others in different administrative roles.
