Kevin Tengan Joins Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty as Director of Marketing

LONDONDERRY, N.H. - Aug. 24, 2018 - PRLog -- Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty is excited to announce that Kevin Tengan has joined their team as Director of Marketing.

Tengan has more than 25 years of experience in digital media and technology development, with the past eight years focused on marketing strategies in the real estate vertical. He was the co-owner of a RE/MAX brokerage in Hawaii, and oversaw their marketing programs, technology infrastructure, and business systems, before relocating to New England. Kevin has been invited to give presentations on digital media and video marketing strategies at numerous conferences, including the National Association of REALTORS® Annual Conferences (2017 and 2018) and CRS Sell-a-bration national conferences (2017, 2018, and 2019). He is a Certified Residential Specialist, who serves on the New England Region Residential Real Estate Council leadership team, and an e-PRO® instructor.

Prior to his career in real estate, Kevin worked on advancing technologies in digital filmmaking for Academy Award® winning visual effects studios in Hollywood, working on such films as The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King, Star Wars: Episode I, and Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone.

Kevin lives in Concord and enjoys videography, skiing, and adventure travel — in 2014 he, his wife, and step-daughter summited Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa's tallest peak and the highest freestanding mountain in the world.
