Columbia Filmmaker's Horror Film to Premiere at Tapp's Arts Center

COLUMBIA, S.C. - Sept. 7, 2018 - PRLog -- Lake House, the feature film debut of writer and director Danny L. Scott will have its Premiere on October 31st at 8:00 pm at Tapps Arts Center.

Lake House is the story of a group of women who find themselves in a life and death situation after they accept an offer too good to be true from a charismatic stranger. Lake House is described as a fast paced, and a "top-notch horror psychological thriller."

Filmmaker Statement – Danny Scott
"I have always loved horror. I wanted to make a film with a twisted plot that you would never guess the conclusion. The result is more than I could have imagined. This plot has not only fear and chilling moments throughout, but theatergoers will be able to in some way relate to the characters who are all fighting for their lives."

The cast of Lake House features several actors — two of whom have been featured in well-known studio movies and TV shows. Lunden De'Leon, who has been in hits such as 'We Are The Millers and 'Somebody's Child", will star in Lake House as the fearless character named Shana.  Also, William Jones who played in the horror film 'Cabin Fever will also be in the horror flick Lake House.

Lake House will play at 8:00 p.m. on Halloween at Tapps Arts Center. Tapps Arts Center is located at 1644 Main Street in Columbia, S.C. A Halloween party will be held before the premiere with a Q&A with Actors after the screening.
