SOMERVILLE, Mass. - Sept. 11, 2018 - PRLog -- The internationally renowned Ensemble Chaconne (Peter H. Bloom, renaissance flute; Carol Lewis, viola da gamba; Olav Chris Henriksen, renaissance lute) with Burcu Gulec, mezzo-soprano, will perform Music of Shakespeare's Plays at multiple venues in September.

On Thursday, September 13, 2018 at 7:30 pm, the group will perform at Misericordia University, Lemmond Theatre in Walsh Hall, 301 Lake Street, Dallas PA. Call the box office at 570 674-6719. On Friday, September 14, 2018 at 7:00 pm, the Shakespeare concert will be held at Pine Street Presbyterian Church, 310 N. Among the many selections in Measure for Measure: The Music of Shakespeare's Plays are "The Willow Song" sung by Desdemona in Othello; "It Was a Lover and His Lasse" (As You Like It); "O Mistress Mine" (Twelfth Night); "Hark, Hark!
