Pre-natal Yoga Teacher Training Course Completion

RISHIKESH, India - Sept. 24, 2018 - PRLog -- Ojashvi Yoga Shala is a premier institute of Yoga teacher training in India, regularly conducts Yoga Alliance approved courses in Rishikesh and Varkala in India.

On Sunday the School concluded its 3rd prenatal yoga teacher training course in Rishikesh which was conducted on the beautiful location of the Himalayan Mountains on the serene bank of the river with excellent training facilities under the guidance of the experienced yoga teachers.

The course was started on 10th September 2018 in a micro batch of 8 students taking part from different parts of eth world including India. The inauguration of the course took place on 9th September with the orientation on the course by the director of the yoga teacher training programs of the school.

During the training period, the students were introduced to the prenatal yoga techniques which are relevant to each of the trimesters in the journey of the pregnancy along with the case histories of some special cases.

The teachings also included the practical training on the classical curriculum of Hatha Yoga and the philosophical foundations of Ashtanga Yoga of Patanjali, health concepts of health Ayurveda and Bhagavad Geetha.

A workshop on the prenatal yoga was also conducted by the School in collaboration with Gynecology department of the Nirmal  Hospital of Rishikesh to provide and experience of the teaching the yoga practices to the expecting mothers and to help them to enjoy the journey with yogic lifestyle in order to cope with changes. This session was appreciated by the doctors of the Hospital and boosted the confidence of the course participants.

Trainees of the course designed and executed the practical yoga sessions as the lead teacher. They also took part in the Ganga Aarti ceremony which took place on the Ganga Ghats of Paramarth  Niketan with the beautiful chanting of Vedic mantras and this was very good opportunity to enjoy their Sunday in the ashram ambiance.

The course concluded on 23rd September with felicitation and certification to the successful trainees who can become RPYT with Yoga Alliance registry. The spoke person of the school said that, enrollments are open for the next prenatal Yoga course which takes place from 09th Sep 2019 To 22nd Sep 2019.
