Ojashvi Yoga Shala Concluded its 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Varkala Kerala

VERKALA, India - Jan. 18, 2018 - PRLog -- It was the first course of Rishikesh based ^{Yoga School in Kerala.} The training was for a duration of 4 week in beautiful location of Varkala Beach near middle cliff which has very scenic view of Arabian Sea.

Students received training in various modules of yoga such as asana, pranayama, meditation and relaxation techniques. They were also taught the theory on yoga about its history and the limbs of yoga of patanjali along with classical Hatha Yoga curriculum.

Trainees also practiced the teaching of yoga classes with their own designed classes. The program concluded with graduation certification to the students.

The certified trainees can become RYT with yoga alliance as the school is registered yoga school with yoga alliance USA.

Ojashvi programmes are conducted with excellent infrastructure facilities in order to make the stay comfortable and conducive to the yogic path.

Students enjoyed the excursion during the Sundays. This was helpful to relax and to be with the Nature of Varkala surroundings.
