HERTFORD, U.K. - Sept. 28, 2018 - PRLog -- The new package has been created as a result of a staff survey and includes incremental annual leave entitlement of up to 10 weeks per annum, long weekends, anniversary bonuses and membership of a perks reward and recognition scheme.

Lee Acton, Chief Executive, of Skillnet, believes an excellent benefits package is an essential element of attracting and retaining talent. "To deliver the high quality of apprenticeships our customers want, we know we need to attract and retain the best Skills Coaches and staff members. The incremental nature of these benefits have been designed to encourage loyalty, allowing the services we offer to benefit from continuity. The new package is a big investment for the company, but one which we are confident will ultimately reward not just our company, but all our apprentices too."
